FAQs

Below is a list of Frequently Asked Questions and Answers regarding our In-Home care services, how we work with customers, and conduct business.

Our local office is located in Atlanta Geogia Ga where we serve the community all around Dunwoody Club Dr Atlanta.

We offer a free, no-obligation in-home visit with you and/or your loved one to provide you with additional information about how you or a loved one can benefit from our services.

We provide in-home care, respite care, senior personal care, elderly care, companion care, and elder care services. With our senior home care services, elderly adults can continue to live independently in their own homes especially today with the Covid-19.

Our Caregivers can help with a wide range of activities including companionship, meal planning, preparation, and clean-up, housekeeping, laundry, medication reminders, errands, shopping, as well as escort to and from appointments and events.

Home Health

Home health helps you recover in the comfort of your home through rehabilitation and skilled nursing services. Home health must be ordered by your Doctor when your condition requires you to remain in the home for rehab and recovery.  It requires skilled services that would come from a physician’s order. This includes things like registered nurses, physical therapy and occupational therapy.

Home Care/Personal care

Home care/Personal care assistance involves unskilled services that are typically paid for through private pay (not paid by insurance). These services include help around the house, transportation, bathing and some light meal preparation

Medication reminders is one of our most requested services.  We can also report any side effect and assist with pre-measured mediation packages

Yes, we do. We first arrange a meeting with the family to conduct a thorough assessment and develop a plan of care. This is not only to fully understand what activities or senior care services are needed, but also to get a sense of what kind of personality might best suit him or her. After this is completed, we will match the person with a caregiver. If at any time you would like.

Yes. We understand the care situation can quickly change , so we’re very flexible with your loved one’s care. You are never bound to a long term contract, so you can discontinue anytime and you don’t have to explain.

Our agency uses a phone system that alerts the scheduling supervisor if someone does not check in at the appointed time for any unforeseen reason, so that a supervisor can immediately come by to care for a client until the caregiver arrives or a replacement is arranged. This also guarantees that clients are accurately billed for the actual hours worked. It is one of the major advantages of working with an agency, the assurance and peace-of-mind that back-up staffing is very important, especially for frail seniors.

Transportation, especially to medical appointments and procedures, is a popular home care service. It can often be arranged in a few hours, but the more notice given is always better.

Yes. To help ensure the safety and well  being of our clients, we perform a criminal history background clearance and then cover each caregiver with general liability.

Every family we serve receives a Custom Care Plan specific to their needs and budget. Several factors help determine the exact cost:

  • Number of hours of care per week
  • Level of home care services received (non-medical, skilled nursing, etc.)
  • Our home care services are typically billed on an hourly basis with some exception of those people who require 24/7.  This makes it easy to make a Custom Care Plan for you. for the services you may need.
